I want to get proof of my pregnancy but first OB appointment won't be until 8 weeks. Our financial situation isn't great, and we can get more food on wic if I provide proof of pregnancy. How can I do that?

you can get from your regular PCP or maybe even urgent care a positive pregnancy test document.

Maybe ask wic? They added my pregnancy to my case and didn’t ask for proof. But maybe different locations do things differently.

They give u the first month benefits no questions asked, have you already reported it to wic?.

I am not sure how it is in New Jersey, but in New York you can get one month without any proof. By the time that month is over, you usually have had your first appointment already and can get a doctor's letter.
