Help! I have to sign my kids up for day camp, but I cant afford it. My husband & I both work full time but we do not make ends meet. Their ages are Nursery through Fifth grade. I dont know what to do because I cant keep them home but cant afford to send them out.

Same! oldest in sixth grade
prices are exorbitant. I can't get away with backyard camps. And we both need to work.

Get a 0% interest credit card and come up with a plan to pay it off before the 0% interest term ends?

I’m sorry, this sounds horribly stressful.

Do the day camps near you offer interest free payment plans? I signed my kids up last week to get the early bird discount and they allow payment plans, so we’re paying a portion each month for the next 7 months. I definitely wouldn’t be able to pull it off if I had to pay all in one shot

This. I actually just opened two interest free cards, Wells Fargo Reflect and US Bank Visa Platinum. They both give you quite a long time to pay up.

As Jews, payment plans must always be interest-free, unless an external vendor is involved.
A lot of the day camps don't offer payment plans past the beginning of summer because people simply don't pay after summer.
