We are moving to Monsey soon and looking for a school for our 5 year old. We are heimish/litfish and it’s important to us that there is an emphasis on general education but we also want Yiddish talking in the mornings and an Erlich frum school with a heimishkeit and preferably where some boys have curly peyos and some boys have peyos behind ears. Does such a school exist? I would so appreciate any responses. We are from overseas so I really have no clue about the school situation. We have heard of Beis dovid but we aren’t sure about the education and apparently it’s very old school..

I think that’s the only option for the type you mention.
Vien used to be an option but I think it got a lot more chasidish the last 10 years.

Bais Dovid is what it is. And this year they started taking the english department more seriously. But make no mistake, it is very old school. Don't expect any new views. It's a train that's chugging along because there's still steam in the engine.
All said and done I'm happy that my boys have a school.
