Looking for a simple dressing for a Salad for company (romaine/arugala, cucumber , tomato, maybe craisins , pumkin seeds). Is olive oil lemon juice salt black pepper good enough? Maybe with a drop of honey? TIA

Oil, lemon juice, salt & pepper is delicious.

Honey is hard to dissolve, maybe sugar.

I do oo, salt, onion and garlic powder and love it. Don’t need anything fancy.

My fave is olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice, honey, balsamic, and a drop of mustard. Can also add garlic. It goes with pretty much everything but especially good if you have a sweet element in the salad.
