Looking to get a feel for the type of houses and cost of homes for sale in Atlanta within the Beth Jacob community. What key words can I put in Zillow to help with my search?

Toco hills or n druid hills. Still homes come up outside the eiruv.
Best to speak to realtor or at least someone in the community who knows what's for sale.
Very very overpriced.
FYI, Dunwoody is suburb around 20 minutes away with shul etc where you get better value for your home

A huge beautiful home!
Mostly people with that kind of $$ buy an old home and build on the property. Most homes have lots of land...think Monsey.
Not sure if there are any homes in the market in that price range.

For 1.5 mil you can get a big beautiful home in a great location. There are currently a few homes on the market that fit what I would consider a great home for a Jewish family meaning- 5+ bedrooms, 4+ bathrooms, entertaining space, kosher kitchen. Now is the best time to buy because once January comes around, it gets much more competitive to buy a home and you’re bidding with other families trying to move to Atlanta. Sometimes there are off market homes available that certain realtors know about first, word of mouth is a great way to know what’s coming up. You can also buy a fixer upper in the 500-600s range and add to or tear down. Toco Hills property really hold their value BH. Search 30329, and if you want to be close to Beth Jacob, stay around Lavista.
