We’re paying close to another tuition towards Speech, OT ahhh 
But we’re not in NYC where it’s all free and covered, it sounds like a dream

Nobody tells you?
It's common sense. Excuse me . I don't mean to be rude.
Every one knows therapist cost a fortune. People who cqn do it benefit from it. Some who can't figure out how to swing it. Some who really need it don't get it.
...and then there are those that can and do get taken advantage of.
Living I'm different areas comes with pros and cons.
I choose to live in nyc . My children get the therapy they need . (With a lot of leg work from me behind the scenes) but that means city life all the way . Small living quarters etc. This is one benefit to where we live

we paid more than another tuition for our teen for a mental health issue (psychiatrist, therapist, etc...). If your child is healthy and well, be glad for that.
