Just passed it in the mall and it looks good.
How does it compare to HM and Gap?

Omg lol were you not around 15 years ago or am I dating myself. (I'm 30) Abercrombie was a forbidden brand bc of the photos on the walls and on their bags
Quality wise their coats were excellent even warmer than gap but idk how it is today

I'm 33 and I owned half the store lol. My mom always complained how loud and smelly it was in there. I loved it! I'm a BT so was very much the IN brand back then

I love their stuff. Their kids coats are very warm.
I’d say the quality compares to gap, probably even better.
I found their selection to be quite limited though.

I am much older and this store was not around when I was a teen.
One of my boys went through a stage a few years ago when he only wanted to wear hollister clothing. Abercrombie is the children’s division of Hollister.
We spent hours either in Hollister at the mall or looking online. We checked out Abercrombie too but he probably only found one thing that he could still fit in to.
Why was Abercrombie forbidden?

they have the absolute best sweatshirts ever.
I wait till they go on sale cuz theyre a drop pricey (they have sales all the time) but the quality is amazing. I live in their hoodies.

Ok I’m embarrassed (not really just a little).
Of course I’d heard of Abercrombie, just never really thought too much about it.
I wasn’t into trends. Still not but I do want my kids to have good stuff.
I’m usually pretty happy with Gap and HM for my kids but the stuff in the window at the mall looked good so I was wondering if I should start browsing their website too?

Abercrombie isn't the children's division of Hollister. Abercrombie has adult clothes and Abercrombie Kids is the children's section of of the store.

Don’t be embarrassed.
If you are around my age, (32) and grew up in the golden age of malls, meaning you were in high school from around 2004-2012, then you wouldn’t even have this question. I’m assuming you are either younger or older than that.
Abercrombie was nothing short of a phenomena. It wasn’t just a store, it was a lifestyle
And yes, I wasn’t allowed to step in there (of course I did though)

The advertisements focus heavily on shirtless male models.
