I purchased a few wigs recently. The color was never right. I lean towards a more challenging color. Either they colored it too red/ dark or the color was not right. Every time I bought it in they repaired it and it’s still not the perfect color. I love the wigs but hate how they look.
There is no one to talk to. I feel like they don’t understand. (The staff is nice though) and now that the warranty is over they are making me pay for further repairs even though I barely wore them.( because they were always being worked on)
Can anyone help? . I never went to the dini location in monsey. Should I try ? Anyone relate.
you purchased a few from Dini and they still haven't gotten the color right? Sounds like you spent a lot and did not get what you paid for. I think you should try reaching out to the monsey branch and see if they can help.. Tell them the staff is great at whatever location but they havent gotten the color right and you havenet worn them yet...Say you heard that they are great with color! Is it close to the year?
