So I want to do gnocchi with a Mmushroom sauce but how can I warm up gnocchi without it getting mushy or gluey?

Can you cook it fresh on yom tov? It won’t taste very good if it’s reheated

Prepare the mushroom sauce in advance but boil the gnocchi fresh for 2 min on YT. Add it to hot mushroom sauce and serve.
