Last year I made a one pot meatball dish that everyone liked. https://smittenkitchen.com/202.....ette/ I think I will make it again.

We like to eat meat after the fast but I cant be busy cooking and I dont want heavy or greasy so I started making chicken ceasar salad a few years ago and it makes everyone happy.

I make a one sheet chicken/baby potatoes/broccoli dish we have after challah and chicken soup with kreplach.

For break fast, I try to make chicken barley vegetable soup and serve with leftovers from seudas hamafsekes.

I have a standard meal that I make before all the fasts. I get stressed out and overwhelmed so this way takes off the mental load at least. It's simple, easy and filling

Split pea soup (big pot so enough for before and after the fast). Will add kreplach on erev YK

One pan chicken and potatoes
Brown rice
Salad or roasted vegetables
Watermelon/grapes

After fast is eggs and toast
