Cooking chullent on 225 oven??

If my oven is set to 225 will my chullent get done?? I normally put it on 400 for a while then lower it and leave overnight. My oven will only be on 225 for yt so wondering what to do abt my chullent… any ideas?

Or leaving in oven over shabbos?
