I am out of lunch ideas.. tired of tuna, avocado or salads every day..
I am trying to be off gluten, dairy, and eggs
Any ideas??
Bonus points for lunches that can be frozen!

Sabich bowl
My lunch today is a lettuce salad with cucumbers, cold cuts and chickpeas.
Tuna patties (tuna, egg, sriracha)
hummus with veggie sticks.
white fish and veggies
ETA didn't notice the no egg requirement. Perhaps you can bind the patties with mayo? I guess it has eggs too...

Cauliflower Pizza
WW Turkey Wrap
WW Breakfast Wrap (can freeze with eggs and hashbrowns)

I froze containers of quinoa with roasted veg. theyre good warmed or I just take it out in the morning and it defrosts by midday

These are lunches I make when I a more organized and in a mindful eating phase
Love grain bowls
Will roast a bunch of veggies in beginning of week and will switch it up
Will use beans and roasted tofu for protein
Quinoa lasts decent amount of time in fridge
Soup I make big pots and freeze in small containers .
Burritos use corn tortillas
Falafel
Rice and chickpeas
Chickpea curry( freezes beautifully)
