I have a gray bathroom, just a toilet and sink, half tiled. I want to update it a bit by adding wallpaper?
it's old-fashioned. a solid gray tile, and a gray pedestal sink. I don't want to replace these but I'm hoping adding amazon wallpaper will give it a face lift.
how do I know what will look good and fresh and also appropriate with old fashioned tiling?
any tips?

Gray is a neutral color but very dull. Add wallpaper with some color that coordinates with gray. It will bring the bathroom to life. What's your favorite color? Maybe you can incorporate it?

I like bright blues and I think it'll go well but I need it to blend, not look lame.
