Who in Lakewood or close to Lakewood, cleans Taleisim (no Atarah) well, reasonably?
Is it worth cleaning a Talis if you can get new for not much more?

I heard torah treasures does a good job.
In my husband's opinion he preferred to get a new one since it gets yellowed with cleaning (iirc) and stains wouldn't truly come out.

not from Lakewood, but DH says you can see in shul by the color who has had it sent for cleaning, it gives it a yellow hue.
He buys a new one for similar pricing

Prices of Tziztis and Talleisim have increased significantly. It’s now significantly more expensive to buy new.

Numbers are approx

I think Keter Judaica in BP has the lowest prices on new Taleiim (I think theyre the importers). Is there anyone lower priced in Lakewood?

DH also has the white linining and piece on top (where an atara would be) and where it gets folded in half, which makes it as good as new. We live OOT, he sends to Mendlowitz in NY, I can get the number if you want.
