If anyone has their menu or started making some yummy dishes?

We usually get only rh menus from imas here, and more festive dishes are saved for sukkos by us, but somehow here on ima, we don't get past rh, fir some reason

I literally reused my R"H menu with some small modifications. Planning on doing the same for the last days.

For aimchas Torah I like to make a big pot of stew, our men come home super late so I like to have something on the hot plate that can stay all day and whoever is hungry can take a plate. I feed the kids at lunchtime, and I make kiddush for myself and eat too. We live close to our shul so always have friends stopping by and they serve themselves from my stew.

I usually put in
Cubed meat
Sweet potato
Squash
Potatoes
Carrots
Onions garlic
Spices water.
Let cook a long long time.

Not sure of whole menu, but first meal will be Thanksgiving themed!
Turkey roast with apples, onions, and thyme (roast baby potatoes in the pan with it)
Bread Stuffing with sage (use up challah!)
Delicata squash
Arugula salad with craisins, nuts, pears, and honey mustard dressing
Pumpkin pie with pareve vanilla ice cream

Simchat Torah will be meat grazing boards, cold soup shooters, potato kugel, fruit salad, and cake trays.

I didn’t finish making my menu. I might move stuff around. But this is the plan.

Wednesday night
Tuna steak with purple cabbage slaw
Harira soup
Delmonico
Sweet potatoes pie

Thursday morning
Appetizer
Potato cigars
Cole slaw
Burgers
Hanger steak
Kielbasa
Corn

Thursday night
Cabbage flanken soup

Friday morning
poke bowl
Tongue in tomato sauce
Stuffed cabbage
Helzel
Flanken roast
Wild rice

Friday night
Fish and dips
Chicken soup with lukshen and matzo balls
Pastrami
Potato kugel
Farro with veggie

Shabbos morning
Fish and dips
Salad
Cholent

I’m still looking for something small for Thursday night. It’s going to be a late meal. So not sure if I want a smaller main and side or an app and then soup and done.
