My dad has tried it and says he sees benefits.
You just have to be careful bc not all flavors are kosher.

He used it for overall health benefits or for weightloss?
Thanks I think the one I'm looking at is kosher.

I think it was overall.
But yeah he order an assortment and I've of the flavors wasn't kosher so just double check.... The company did send him a kosher replacement, but just be careful

There are many options on Amazon.
But like I said I think there was one flavor that wasn't kosher...
