Last week I made dish with salmon cooked together with rice, and put the rice into a container. No fish left, but the rice is certainly infused with fish.
We had some leftover chicken last night and served it with the rice from that container. Obviously at the time I forgot that the rice was mixed in with fish.
Should I be labeling FISH on anything from fish?

Yes.
Though honestly if a side dish has been mixed with fish, and the fish itself is not leftover, I don't keep it.
