My parents want to go to monsey and want to stop at a nice park or something there. My father can't walk well but likes nice scenery. Any advice ?

Most will require walking.

Willow tree park in Wesley area
Children's park on Grotke Rd in Chestnut Ridge area

Haverstraw bay county park is beautiful- they should park closest to the water. Walking path, nice places to sit.
