Lately I've found that I often don't feel thirsty when my body needs water. I think it might be a side effect of a medication I'm on.
I'm trying to notice other signals and to drink enough anyway, but it's hard. Any tips to make it easier?

Set a timer and once an hour take a drink it just needs to become routine to you.

I have a refillable bottle that I must be empty by the end of the day. I sip randomly and usually finish it by evening. I hate plain water so put in a drop of juice to make it more palatable.
