It was cool outside but my windows weren't helping and we don't have ceiling fans so we used ac. Trying to lower our crazy expensive bill but I won't do it in place of comfort.

I don’t feel comfortable sleeping with open windows. It was set to 70 so it didn’t actually turn on much only a few times.

I'm usually hot and sleep with ac on in the winter too, so yes.
I need the room to be freezing in order to sleep well.
