Anyone know of an entrance to the beach that opens early? Or closes late?

Go to plaza court off of ocean ave
Think you can just walk on the beach
But as far as I’m aware when it isn’t time that beach is open it just means you don’t have to pay because no lifeguard on duty.
I always went after hours and it was free to go on and you can get down from all the entrances by Longbranch boardwalk.
Never woke up early so can’t answer for sure but can’t imagine it’s an issue

Is there somewhere I can park near plaza court or the long branch boardwalk?

Theres street parking if there’s available spots.

By long branch boardwalk there is metered parking during the summer.
I don’t like paying so usually found street parking and walked a little.
Weekends are hard but during the week you should be fine.
