I have a very difficult teen with mental health issues that are not completely under control at this time. I am beaten down and looking for support. I have a therapist. I reached out to a support group but it runs at night and it's not a good time for me. I reached out to a different group but they are not starting for another month. I often feel lost and alone.

Right now he's having a meltdown because I told him that he's a hard kid to raise. I know I shouldn't have said it but I would think he knows that he's difficult and he's been crying for a long time and he woke up another kid and sometimes I just want to end it all it's so hard.

I am so sorry your family is going through this.
Could Amudim help?
May Hashem send you help very soon, among all His children.

I find self-care is critical in these situations. Like you really need to do the things that make you happy and feel good in order to have the patience to give your kids what you need.

And however much self-care you give yourself, it won't be enough, so don't feel guilty. But every little bit helps.

that makes sense. I already do a lot of self care but I think taking breaks from this child while they are triggering me could be helpful. Maybe will talk to my therapist and ways to support myself better.
