I’m currently weaning my 12 month old. Due to medical issues I unfortunately am stopping cold turkey. Any advice to help dry up my milk supply fast? I’m scared of getting a clogged duct/mastitis

Sutafed (ask your medical team) helps dry things up.

Cabbage leaves in your bra. Ice packs if any hard spots form.

Looser bra than usual.

Mindful not to drink loads. I drink plenty but not as much as when I’m actively trying to build up milk.
