Can someone post a sample schedule of their breastfed infant’s day? My newborn is one month. Thank you!

Taking Cara Babies has articles with sample schedules for each age. Love her website, highly recommend! Here’s her one month page - https://takingcarababies.com/1.....edule

I have a one month old currently
Example of a day schedule
7:30 wake up and eat
8:30-10:00 nap
10:00 eat
11:00-12:30 nap
12:30 eat
2:00- 3:00 nap
3:00 eat
4:30- 5:30 nap
5:30 eat
7:00-8:00 nap
8:00 eat
9:30 bedtime and nurse to sleep

Just an example...
I typically nurse every 2-3 hours and she is usually awake 1- 1.5 hours between naps

Mine eats every 2 hours. Morning wake up is around 6am and we do bedtime around 9:30/10.
She naps in between feedings and is usually awake a little bit before she naps. She’s more alert in the afternoon/early evening so her naps are shorter then and her awake times are longer. She always wants to eat right away every time she wakes up.

I don’t know how mothers get such little babies on a schedule.
my baby is 4.5 months.
at one month, we had absolutely NO schedule. we did eating and sleeping and wake times around the clock without any patterns.
I’ve done this KAH many times and never had a schedule that I could rely on.
nursing/awake/nursing/sleep/nursing/awake/nursing/sleep all day and all night. at one month, my babies have VERY late nights.

(we don’t have too much of a schedule now bec I am not home enough to create one. my baby works on my other kids’ schedules)

There was lots of sleeping, eating, crying (both of us) and spitting. Eating took an hour every 2-3 hours. The rest......
