We go swimming 3-4 times a week.

Can't keep it outside because rain/wind/bugs/bird poop.

Laundry room is small and not very ventilated. Have some hooks but not enough wall space, also doesn't dry that well on hooks.

Kids been putting on the upstairs railing but it's visible from the entrance and an eyesore.

There's also all the pool slides, goggles, etc that they leave around.

What's your system?

Kids put it into the washer as soon as they get undressed. I add detergent and put it on once everyone's stuff is inside. They sometimes forget, but it gets washed after every swim.

We swim almost every day (we have a pool in our backyard)

Wow ok and once it's washed where does it all go? I assume you hang dry at least the bathing suits?

You don't find they get ruined from being washed so often?

I don't wash every day. Leave to dry outside in sun- it kills germs. Once dry, shake out bugs/dirt. I do have lots of birds in my yard, but never noticed poop on my stuff. If I did, I would obvs wash right away. After you shake out, I have a large mesh bag I stuff everything in and leave somewhere in house in case it rains etc. I will also put the stuff in this bag if it's raining already, and then once rain stops, I put back out.

Wash everything in machine about once a week and hang dry bathing suits.

I dry everything, and I have a couple of drawers dedicated to swimwear. I buy pretty good quality swimwear and never had an issue... I personally have my bathing suit for 4 years and it's still in perfect condition.
