Has anyone here created a chosson album and can give me pointers?

What type of cover did you use? What did you write on the cover?
How many pages?
Did you include pictures up until engagement or mostly until after Bar Mitzvah?
Did you include a chosson/kallah picture at the end?
Did you include a poem?

I believe it's a chassidish thing, in case you're wondering what I'm talking about. Smile

My sister recently made one, well sent one over.
She pai someone to do it for her,
There are people who do this for a business.
Of course you put in choson kallah pic at the end, and poem in the front.

Thanks. If I give it to someone to do, I still need to gather the pictures and write the poem.

Does anyone have a poem they can share for inspiration?

(Going through a really hard time and not managing, so all help appreciated.)

I gathered a ton of pics and gave it to person doing it to choose what she feels is good. From baby till chussen. Obviously the younger years had much more pictures. Gather every stage newborn toddler upsherin ect. Yomim Tovim like chanuka Purim pesach help any certificates he got over years bar mitvha summer or vacation if you have.
The person. that did it for me had a poem

We had one wedding album. Never seen otherwise. No other event was included but we had a engagement album.

I did it on zno.com

I did with a photo cover
Pictures from all years with more from when younger.
Included a poem that I got from someone and tweaked.
It definitely took many hours but it was the first time I did something like this. I believe it will be much easier next time around

With grandparents

Trip to Israel

On zno they have backgrounds that you can choose. When I was halfway through I realized you can zoom into the background and use only the part you like…
I also faded out the pictures a drop so that it looked nicer

There are people that do it, like a story book not album.

Hard cover book and paper pages.

You can maybe do on shutterfly for cheap or someone who does it, is lot more money

Just curious, is this a gift from the bride to the chosson? As in she has to ask his family for the pictures to put together And gift them an album?

So op is presumably a chosson's mother (or sister) looking to make an album all about the chosson's life to gift to the kallah?

And the kallah in return will make an album of all the engagement pictures and gift it to her in laws?

If you do it yourself you can get it for approximately $150 and the kallahs love it and later when they have kids they can see if their kids look like what their husband looked like.

I would love to have such an album (and I’m up to marrying off kids already.
I have no pictures of my husband from when he was little.
He had brothers around his age and I don’t know which pictures are of him.
(My mother in law at one point told me to look through stacks and take of his but she didn’t either know who they all were)
