Planning dairy melave malka for early december and ordering food in 9X13s. how many 9x13 do I need for about 80 people( including about 30 bar mitzvah boy friends, 5 little kids and 45 adults)
foods like baked ziti, lasagne, mac and cheese,fettucine alfredo,penne vodka, fries, garlic knots.
can also do 1-2 types soup and bagels ( amount?) and tuna cream cheese platters.
Would really appreciate amount advice.

If you’re ordering from a place that does catering, they should be able to give you numbers. You can usually cut a bit off of what they recommend, they’ll err on the side of extra just in case.

The amounts will vary based on the entire menu. First decide your menu and then ask how much of each item.
Or if you order 4 pastas than you will need less than if you order 2. If you're having, bagels, soup, pastas and borekas, the numbers also change.
