Without redoing the kitchen. Is that a thing?
My kitchen is 20 years old. It’s fine and in good condition. I really dislike my countertops and floor. Is it a waste to replace the floor tiles (it’s a pretty decent size kitchen) without changing the cabinets etc?

Absolutely not a waste. My mother did that more than once. It changed the look of the entire kitchen.

Just make sure your cabinets are actually still in very good condition.
You don’t want to buy an expensive countertop and the in a few year need to replace due to the
Cabinets
