I just don't think its possible to make good cinnamon buns that are healthy 🤔

You can make your own, obviously it won’t taste like real cinnamon buns but the cinnamon taste will be there…
There’s a recipe for rolls made with flour, bp and Greek yogurt. Search google to find such a recipe with oat flour.
Then use the dough to roll it out and add cinnamon with your sweetener of choice.
I use honey , I whip it up with the cinnamon and spread it on the dough, roll tightly and bake.
