Zuccuni
1 onion
2-3 zuccuni
1 potato - for thickness
4 carrots - optional
just chunk them up, cover with water, salt and pepper - needs a nice mount but you can taste and fix later
once boiled for 30 mins minimum, blend, taste - season accordingly and boil for a couple more mins.
Freezes really nicely and measurments are approx so you can do with what you have in the house.
