I need to go for physical therapy but I’m very self conscious. I don’t want to do the therapy in front of any men. I’m not sure how this works but when I took my child for PT it was in a large room and multiple people were getting therapy at the same time.
Is there something just for women?
How about therapy in the water?
What are my options?

I’ve been going to Chava green in Jackson. It’s in her basement just me and her for 45 minutes . I’m working on my abs diastic recti and my core so maybe ur issues are different. You can ask her if she works on your issues
