Looking for simple but tasty salad dressings to go with mixed veg salad, deli salad, pasta salad- just bored with my usual dressings- and want to prep it homemade so I can control ingredients.
All suggestions welcome!

The link above is the inspiration, but with many changes
Usually I use the frozen basil cubes, but this time I used bottled pesto. I added trulime powder but you can use lime juice. Olive oil. S/p. Garlic and a teeny bit of maple syrup. I couldn't find my coriander..

my go to. I make it in this quantity and it lasts in the fridge. Make it atleast 5 mins before the first time so the garlic can bloom.
5 tbs Mayo
2 tbs sugar
3 tbs Vinegar
1 tbs water
3 tsp Garlic Powder (garlic granules in israel)
Salt & Pepper.
