I'd like to start a gemach as a zechus for something.
I have very little storage space (close to none), but am willing to try to scrape together some money to make this happen. I live in Yerushalayim. Would love for it to be something people need on a somewhat regular basis so they'll actually be used.
Ideas please?

Check what there is already in your area.
For me personally Gemachs I’ve found useful are medicine ones (think worm medicine on Friday night  )
Bris kit
Folding tables/chairs (though harder to do with not so much storage space)
Pacifier Gemach
