Hi! I'm trying to figure out if marine park would be suitable for my family and would appreciate any info.
1. Is there a young crowd there with little kids? Are people constantly moving there or is it not such a growing neighborhood?
2. Are there any heimish type families living there? If yes, which shuls do they daven in?
3. Any good recommendations for brokers who work with marine park houses and really know the neighborhood?

Yes there are young kids. People are moving but not as much as a few years ago. Plenty of different types of shuls. Behfar team would be a good start for an agent. It's a really nice chill place to live.
