My husband's 30th bday is up and coming. I would like to make a large party, but need menu ideas. We will be about 10-12 adults and no kids.
I'm looking to do very nice! Exquisite looking appetizer, yummy hearty soup, good main dish-meat, and some good sides. Obviously also looking for dessert ideas. I've gotten plenty ideas here before, but they've all been used multiple times.
Hoping I can get fresh ideas and suggestions.
I'm willing to patchke for it.

Do you have access to a grill and go for that? That would be the go to this time of year for a good piece of steak.- rib steak is default here..
Appetizer- I love firecracker salmon cubes over angel hair pasta fro rivky kleiman’simply’
Another idea is pastrami wrapped dates.
Soup- no suggestions ( never a soup eater and definitely not in the summer)
Sides- green beans with mushrooms, hasselback potatoes, Spanish rice, homemade truffle fries, steamed broccoli, cauliflower poppers
Dessert- homemade sorbet, homemade ice cream,
