Hi, I will be in five towns tomorrow. I am looking for a fun place to take my children. Ages 18 months - 8. Can be indoors or outdoors.
Thank you!

I don't know if there's anything that will occupy both toddlers and kids. There isn't much overall anyway. There's a Chuck e Cheese in Valley Stream which is right off the 5t. There are a couple of decent playgrounds, like Cedarhurst Park. There's a bowling alley in Woodmere.

Thank you. Anyone else? Any indoor play areas, or children's museums that are interesting?

I don't know how close it is to the five towns, but the Long Island Children's Museum is great. Right next door is the Nassau County Fire Fighters Museum and the Aviation Museum. My kids loved the firefighter museum, but it was a quick visit. About fifteen minutes further out is a store called Once Upon a Child where you can find secondhand toys and childrens items, so you might be able to snatch a few good deals. Google the store, it's in Seaford.
Enjoy!

Not cheap, but my kids like to go to Lollibop as a special treat. It's a kosher cafe with a small play space. https://www.lollibopkids.com/

They also like going out to pizza for lunch and hanging out at the Levi Yitzchak Library. https://www.lylibrary.org/

If they like art, then check out Make It Too in Cedarhurst http://www.makeittoo.com/ or go a little further afield to Artrageous https://www.artrageousrvc.com/ .

We have some nice parks, but the weather is supposed to be iffy tomorrow. Cedarhurst Park is relatively small, but it's right near Central Avenue if you want to go out for lunch or ice cream while you're in the neighborhood. North Woodmere Park or Grant Park are much bigger. Pack bathing suits, water shoes, and towels if your kids will want to run around in the sprinkler area.

A previous poster mentioned the good museums within easy driving distance. They're not quite in the 5 Towns.
