no matter how much cocoa I add or if I put oil first on th edough or mix oil with cocoa and sugar my chocolate rogelach are soooo dry?
why isnt it ooozing choc?

Maybe you're putting too little chocolate filling.

If you’re using the spice and spirit cookbook it always comes out hard and dry. I thought it was just me but my mil as well as other relatives come out hard and dry.

Mix coco with confectioners sugar in a paste with a generous amt of grease

I pour oil on the dough. Shmear with my hand and make surev there's a fine layer all over.(you can use a brush but it comes out better by hand) sprinkle mix of cocoa,sugar and confectionery sugar!
Not dry at all.

You need to put a very generous amount of oil on the dough.
