I ordered a bunch of trays of frozen turkey shwarma strips because my kid claimed to like them once. I tried to prepare it similarly to what he remembered- sauteed with yellow sauce/spices (I found a recipe, can't find it at the moment) and it came out really tough and dry and not good at all. So I have the rest of the trays sitting in the freezer... Any suggestions on making them better/juicier? I believe they're turkey legs.
