are all stores the same?
I dont even add salt to the meatballs I make from ground beef and its still sooo salty.

I don't find that is the case. I usually add salt to dishes with ground beef.

it must be the store then. I wonder if they dont rinse the salt well enough after koshering?
going to try elsewhere.

Not sure where you live, but most meat is kashered at the facility where the animal is shechted. And then sent to the stores where you buy it. And after salting, meat is washed 3 times before processing and packing, so I don't see how it can be your store that is causing the meat to be salty.
