Bais avraham is more torahdig then darchai. Less flaunting-rich, possibly slightly less chassidish then masoros avos. More chassidish then stolin in a way. Less old school then both majors avos and bais avrahm.

I don't agree that its less torahdig at all than Bais Avrohom. It's just less chassidish. People that don't speak to their boys exclusively in yiddish feel more comfortable in Darchai avosainu.

Don't agree. Stolin is stolin. Even though it's not only stolin that send there. Not everyone want their kid in stolin they have their own havarah. There own sets of rules.
It's a solid yeshivah why wouldn't it be people first choice.?

Our choices were between Darchai Avosainu, Bais Avrohom and Damesek Eliezer. We needed to decide how chassidish we felt comfortable with. Stolin is a very different crowd and chinuch.

I feel very differently, there are many families interchangeable with Darchai Avosainu and Stolin. In fact, many apply to most places.

not at all. DA is wayy better than stolin, hands down, the way its run and the parent body.
BA is more old school , old fashioned run, older rebbeim, the parent body is nice, very similar to Darchei...

Darchei and Bais Avrahm have almost no similarities..most people that don’t get into Bais Abraham try masores Avos..the crowds are similar in these 2
