Any ideas? I’m not sure I can afford to have my oven on 250 for several hours today. Maybe something Asian inspired?

What I ended up doing is coating the steaks in some cornstarch mixed with salt and pepper and searing on both sides. Then I put them in a pan and made up a sauce with teriyaki, orange juice, some honey, sesame oil and rice vinegar, maybe a few other ingredients? Crushed garlic sounds right lol. I baked them on 325 for 3 hours and they actually came out delicious and soft.
