I made corned beef but discarded almost all the (salty) water.
then I put it in the freezer but it only had a drop of liquid. What should I do??

Warm it up on low with a pan of water in the oven together with it.

I never freeze it with liquid. Pour a sauce over it before reheating, it absorbs the flavor as it warms up and is always delicious.

What if I don't want to serve it with a sauce? I have in the past, but it's delicious on its own and I wasnt planning on serving it with a sauce.

Warm it gently tightly wrapped over a double boiler or other moist environment. No longer than it needs to heat through.
