PSA Shein shortened their return window, no exceptions

Be aware, if you used to order from shein and haven't since October 7th and ordered again recently, they have shortened their return window to 35 days from the time of the ORDER not the time you received the order. Which means you only have about 25 days to initiate a return. I just spent a frustrating 20 minutes chatting with two different customer service agents who absolutely refuse to budge or make an exception. In the past when I missed the return window by a couple of days, they were happy to allow the return anyway. Let the buyer beware!! I think I just may go back to boycotting them!!! Surprised

I noticed with Shein that as long as you printed the return label before the return window closes, they don't care it you send it back late. Did that change too?

I returned some stuff post Pesach. I opened the return before the 35 day mark but definitely sent it out after and the return label worked fine and my refund came through

They also made a lot of things non returnable without any notice bathing suits shoes.. I ordered a few to try only 1/2 where returnable lost a over $100 pissed off

It's based on when you initiate the return
But I wouldn't wait too long to send it...
It has to be initiated within the 35 days

In general they went up with the price. In the past I paid $8 for sock shoes/sneakers. Now the same item is $37! For that price I'll pay $50 and buy in the local stores and 'shtitz' a yid....

Other itmes too.they used to sell cotton dresses and tops for kids. Now it's all poly. Didn't find one decent cotton thing this passed season.

I sent back non Refundable items (once by mistake a small item stayed in the package and once I got my order late. put a new label on the closed bag and returned it)
They proceeded with the return. They did send me an email saying that it’s the last time. (Both times)

I was boycotting them until pesach came and I really just couldn't find anything cheap on Temu or other places. Plus, if you read some of the threads here on imamother, even israelis have started shopping there again. That being said, I'm not going to turn to them as my first place to shop anymore aside from certain basics like ribbed shirts which I could not find anywhere else for their price. I'm not happy with their return policy, and their customer service leaves something to be desired.

For kids or ladies?
I'm talking about ladies ribbed shirts that Shein has in many colors for $7-8that you can wear alone

Ladies and it's way better quality and comes in lots of colors. Also can be worn alone.

I've bought the same shirt a few times but I can't find it now. I guess it's summer time so no long sleeves really. One year I bought it in August but I guess they could already by bringing out fall stuff then..
