Anyone have a recipe for sesame noodles without sugar? Have a guest coming who prefers to stay off sugar and would like to make these for her if possible. I usually use the kosher palette recipe but up for anything interesting but still kid friendly.

Maybe make half of the the noodles the way you usually do, and half low sugar, so your family is not disappointed.
Sesame Noodles
1 tablespoon oil
6 garlic cloves, crushed
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
2 tablespoons tahini
2 tablespoons water or broth
1 1/2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
2 teaspoon sriracha
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Sauté garlic in oil for 1 minute until fragrant.
Whisk together the rest of the ingredients.
Pour in the rest of the ingredients and simmer 3 minutes.

This sounds delicious, thank you! My family will be ok, I don't cook so sweet usually just already bought the spaghetti:) I think I'm out of tahini, do you think it would work without? Maybe I'll put peanut butter and it'll be different but still good?

You could make your regular recipe and use a sweetener like monk fruit instead.

I don't have it, and I already shopped for shabbos, but good idea for the future. The peanut options above look good though.
