I dont think it fits
I saw someone "handwashing" it in the bathtub with some type of soap and using the dish to rinse it out until the water ran clear

I did and it washed beautifully. I put it in the dryer too!

Sure. I use cold water, gentle cycle, hang dry

I'm a strong believer that pretty much anything (except like suede, leather etc) can go in the washing machine in a cold gentle cycle low spin.
