Cant receive pics on phone

I have the Qin f30 with the apps.
I am able to send pictures but I cannot receive. Do you experience the same thing?

I use tracfone and pay 15 a month. Whenever I get a picture message I get a red text saying:

"Message expired or not available"

Why dont you take it to the store where you bought it?
Cellular 4 Less in BP are the developers of the phone and they've been very helpful with any issues I've had with it.
HOnestly according to the poster above it's probably a data issue.

Looking at TracFone's site looks like the $15 plan has no data. You probably need the lowest data plan they offer. I think I pay $10 a month on Tello for 500 mbs of data.

Its really 20 but Im using auto pay so it comes out to 15
I use unlimited talk and text

In addition to talk and text you might need a minimal amount of data for multimedia messages ie picture text

Especially as she has the phone with apps, the apps need data to operate.
Talk to text only works with data as well, have you had it work for you?

I find that apps can work if you're connected to WiFi but picture texts still won't come through.

Ok update I have been paying 40 for 10 gb data with unlimited talk and text and I still have the same problem.

You might need to change the APN
Contact TracFone to see what the setting should be.
I think my husband's phone is on a TracFone plan and I've played with it in the past when he had issues.

I have T-Mobile talk and text only. For some reason , I have to turn data “on” (I don’t pay for data/incur data fees on my plan), and then it lets me download the given multimedia message. I turn data “off” after the message completely downloads. Not sure if this will help in your scenario, just thought I’d share from personal experience.
