DS and future DIL set up paperless post for their wedding invite. Instead of creating a completely new gmail account they are using hers. They made me a cohost. It does not allow for me to access anything- add names or see full names of people who were invited only the first 7 or 8 letters. I can't access any of it unless I log in to her gmail account and I certainly do not wnat that. My only thought is to ask them to create a new gmail account and transfer it all over- but that is a huge pain. Any advice here? Maybe I am doing something wrong because according to paperless post if they give you a sharebale link I should be able to add invitees- but it doesn't.
Advice?

they need to share it with you they should click on the settings and sharing option and add you. You will then have full access.

But then don't I need her password to her google account to login. She set it up under her private google account.

no she "Shares" it to you email and then you will have access. You don't need her Google login.
