I know of a boy that is becoming bar mitzvah in September. His parents are suffering financially. They need help getting everything for the bar mitzvah boy and for a simple party. even doing everything very simply cost a lot.
do you know of any organizations that can help?
I heard about an organization by the name of matnas michoel that donates a hat and tefillin. I tried searching but couldn't find that phone number. If you have the number I'd greatly appreciate if you could post it.

There is an organization in Lakewood that gives out Tefillin. I don't remember what it's called, but I think it's connected to Chesed of Lakewood and COL's number is 732-901-0482.
