I made a potato kugel cholent/yakchik yesterday in my crockpot. Cooked for about 5 hours on high. Then put in fridge till Friday iyH.
Now I'm getting nervous, how do I know if meat was thoroughly cooked? Is it safe?

I once read that it takes chulent 3 hours to be fully cooked. If your meat was on for 5 hours, plus it will be rewarmed I think you're good.

Besides, meat is safe even raw.... but I think you're more then fine. (Why don't you check it now just to be calmer?)
