Hugs! Crohn's is no fun.
Are you sure that your body is absorbing nutrients from the food you're eating?

My child with crohn's drinks a bottle or fresh pomegranate juice daily and really feels the difference in energy levels. This isn't something you can buy in the grocery, it is not pasteurized. We buy it from Chessed 24/7 it's called boost in a bottle program. There's information on their website. Hatzlacha!

I have crohns and it is exhausting. I lose energy very quickly and it’s hard to see other people being so active and getting a million things done when I collapse after washing two dishes. Lately I’ve been drinking lots of Gatorade (sugar free) and I feel a big increase in energy. I’ve also noticed that carb heavy meals drain me so I am more careful with what I eat. It’s a huge struggle, hugs 🤗 and hope everything gets better soon!
